About the Author:
Ese Malemi, a legal practitioner, is a Barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and a Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Lagos State University, Ojo, Lagos Nigeria. He is an amiable gentleman and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association. He lives and practices Law in Lagos. His book on law include: Mass Media Law, Administrative Law, The Nigerian Constitutional Law, Law of Tort and the Nigerian Legal MethodImportant developments in the law and the expansion of the egal profession in Nigeria has brought in recent years major changes to the structure of the Courts and to the administration of justice.
