There is a big difference between tasting something and actually partaking in it. To taste something is to nibble at it or to try it on your tongue; to partake of it is to go beyond tasting and consume it. This little book is about serving God beyond the level of a taster. God wants you to partake of the great things that He has made available to you in the ministry.
You must not only taste of the Lord to see that He is good. You must partake of Christ. To partake of Christ is to become deeply embedded and rooted in Him.
